Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • Within major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, etc.): 2–4 business days

  • Other cities and towns: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons, public holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • We offer Free Delivery on all orders above PKR [insert threshold if applicable].

  • For orders below the threshold, a flat shipping fee will apply, which will be displayed at checkout.

  • Additional charges may apply for remote locations; any such charges will be communicated before shipment.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

  • You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment on the courier’s official website.

Delivery Guidelines

  • Delivery may be delayed if the courier is unable to contact the recipient or if the address is incomplete.

  • Zamzama Collection is not responsible for delays due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Damaged or Lost Items

  • We take great care in packaging your items to prevent damage during transit.

  • In the rare event your order arrives damaged, defective, or lost, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ms2662149@gmail.com with your order details and photos (if applicable).

  • We will replace, refund, or resolve the issue promptly.

Special Notes

  • International shipping is not available at this time; we currently ship only within Pakistan.
